First time CEO or new in post senior manager?

 The ACOSVO First Year in Post service, formerly known as First 100 Days, is aimed at first time Chief Officers and Senior Managers, as well as those with some experience who might be moving to a new leadership role. Ideal for those who are keen to ensure they have the best start and support to make the most impact in their new leadership position.  

Whether you’re a newly appointed sector manager or a Board about to appoint someone new to the role, this package of support is there to help navigate the countdown stage to starting a new role, the first year in post, and is valid for 12 months from acceptance of your application.

How It works

For an additional fee of £135 for Full Members or £108 for Associate Members, Chief Officers and senior managers accessing the service will receive the following:
