Phili Wetton

Member Services Manager

Phili came to ACOSVO with a 10 year background in the voluntary sector.  She worked as a fundraiser for a small Edinburgh based charity and in a Third Sector Interface representing and advising voluntary and community groups.  Phili supported organisations with idea generation, project management and evaluation.  Previous to that, she worked many years in the private sector within client management, marketing and research.   

As Member Services Manager, Phili delivers and develops ACOSVO member services to offer a package of attractive membership offerings.  Phili is the key contact for our Leadership Exchange, Mentoring and Chief Officer First 100 Days Programmes and our Leader Support, 360 Leadership Appraisal and Interim Executive Services.  She represents ACOSVO at a number of events and delivers presentations raising awareness of our support to third sector leaders throughout the various stages of their leadership journey. Phili also oversees and has line management responsibility for our Internship and Volunteer programmes.

Phili is married and has 2 young teenage boys.  She loves exploring the outdoors, and after a year of worldwide travel some time ago, now enjoys spending her free time hillwalking, mountain biking and camping around Scotland, Wales and the Lake District.
