Third Sector Chief Officer and Senior Staff 'Pay and Equalities Survey': Your Contribution is Vital

ACOSVO are delighted to once again be partners with ACEVO, CO3 and CAF in the generation of what is the best known UK third sector Chief Officer and Senior Staff ‘Pay and Equalities Survey’.

At a time of increased scrutiny and transparency around Chief Officer pay, we hope this survey will go some way to demystifying pay levels and can contribute to a better understanding of the demands on a Chief Officer within the third sector.  Media focus on this subject has often been unhelpful, contributing to a lack of understanding of why paying third sector executives a competitive salary is so important. Increased openness about salaries in the sector across UK and within Scotland can only be a good thing for enhancing perceptions in the long-term.
