Leadership Exchange Next Cohort: Learning From Each Other in the Landscape of COVID

In the current COVID climate we understand "walking in another's shoes" just doesn't quite sit as well. However our Leadership Exchange Programme, which pairs leaders across sectors to learn from each other, encourage collaborative working, and improve leadership capacity, is still as strong as ever.

With our next application deadline approaching and no end to virtual meetings really in sight, we think this might actually be the perfect opportunity (and timing) to reflect, refresh and #buildbackbetter with other leaders!

Apply online

Application deadline date: Friday 9th October.

Background

This established initiative pairs middle, senior and executive leaders across sectors to learn from each other, develop an understanding of another sector, encourage collaborative working and improve leadership capacity.  It’s a great opportunity to spend time in another person’s organisation, begin to understand their world, reflect, build relationships, and share learning.  Previously this has been done by spending time in each other’s organisation, attending meetings and/or events together or meeting informally outwith the work environment.

In the current climate we understand that not all of these methods will be possible, however remote working and virtual meetings can actually open even more doors and insights. Many of our programme participants are already enjoying the chance to reflect with their exchange partners on how their organisation, as well as themselves, have coped with, and adapted to the pandemic.

Further Resources

There is a wealth of information on the Leadership Exchange framework here and here or you can watch a short video here and read a blog from a previous participant to find out how they have benefitted from the programme.

Don't miss out on your chance to reflect, refresh and #buildbackbetter!
