March 2021

ACOSVO, ACEVO and CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) have teamed up again to conduct the annual CEO Pay and Equalities Survey. For over 10 years, your responses to this survey have allowed the sector to better understand pay and diversity at senior levels.

Your responses to this survey have allowed us to provide the sector with a full, up-to-date picture of pay and reward for its chief executives, as well as an understanding of diversity and equality at this senior level.

Ian's family have set up this Memorial Grove to continue his passion for Scotland's native woodlands.

ACOSVO have supported 60 trees to be planted, one for each year of Ian's life. The trees in this grove will be carefully planted in protected sites in the Scottish Highlands where they will create homes for wildlife and forests for the future.

If you would like to contribute, please visit Ian Findlay's Trees for Life page here.

An update of recent events and plans from the ACOSVO Board and staff team

ACOSVO is delighted to congratulate not one, but two of our leaders, our CEO, Pat Armstrong OBE & board member and CEO & Founder of Resonate Together, Angela Watt who were chosen as two of The Euclid Network (EN) Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise in 2021.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the below statements about the sudden passing of our dear friend, Chair of ACOSVO, and Chief Officer of Paths for All, Ian Findlay.

Paths for All have set up an online condolences book so we encourage you to share your thoughts and memories there.
