Organisations go through periods when things don’t quite go the way we, as leaders, might wish.  This can happen when dealing with day to day work such as policies and procedures, re-organisations, staff development, or in potentially more awkward and uncomfortable scenarios such as health issues, disciplinary action and potential redundancies.  In such situations being able to talk to an independent, trusted expert who understands and has experience dealing with these problems in the third sector can be advantageous. 


Having spent many years working in a variety of HR related roles cross sector, I set up Millarise HR to support leaders and their teams through such times.  I specialise in giving practical, down to earth guidance to help you find the best solution for the HR issues you, your team and organisation face.


Often a simple informal discussion can give leaders the space and support to think through options before tackling the matter directly.
