“Successful project rollout – lessons learned”
We are pleased to announce that Iain Gordon of Bethany Christian Trust will be our speaker.
Iain will be sharing his experience and lessons learned from Passing the Baton a project that won a national award. Passing the Baton started in Edinburgh, and was rolled out in Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Glasgow, West Lothian, Fife, Falkirk and Dumbarton. Iain will share the challenges surrounding the roll-out including engaging local communities in services that build community resilience and cohesion and community-led prevention services. Roll out also included engaging, training and supporting local community groups and linking in to local authority prevention agendas and outcomes
