Description

Good communications skills are a basic requirement for effective leaders to inform, consult, influence, inspire and challenge. Learn ways to build rapport and engage with different people for different reasons and gain an understanding of more effective styles in different situations. This includes being able to convey persuasive messages and negotiate mutually beneficial arrangements in difficult situations.

This event will be led by Kris Von Wald who is an experienced facilitator and has worked in the sector for many years

Cost £60 for members and £80 for non members

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing, charges are as follow:

More than 2 weeks: full refund
2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund

Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it. In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
