The Evolving Leadership and Governance Forum which includes members from SCVO, VDS, Social Enterprise Academy, SHARE and independent consultancy and is supported by the Scottish Government, OSCR, is working together to host this workshop as part of a series of workshops on themes of importance to third sector governance.

The half-day workshop will take place on 17 March 2010 from 13:30 to 17.00  at the Melting Pot, 5 Rose Street, Edinburgh and will be led by Shirley Otto.

The workshop is designed to explore the theme of getting the best of the relationship between Chairs and Chief Officers. It will focus on the connections between research and participant's own experience Participants will be given a discussion paper to read before the workshop and be asked to offer their insights through small and full group discussions.
