The ICT Master Class will be delivered by Mike Robb, founder Director of Avendris, an independent IT consultancy.
This master class will equip Chief Officers with an understanding of the key technology issues which will make a difference. The Master Class will cover:

Attending this Master Class will give you an insight into how technology can help you to re-shape your organisation to deal with the financial and service challenges of the next few years. It will equip you with a practical approach which you can apply within your own organisation to make sure ICT operates a strategic resource, in just the same way as Finance and HR.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing, charges are as follow:
More than 2 weeks: full refund
2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund
Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it. In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
