Leadership is inherently challenging – but the radical shifts society has experienced in the past 18 months have created a whole new set of challenges for leaders everywhere. This course offers an opportunity for voluntary sector Chief Officers to consider the context in which they are leading – both externally and within their organisations, for the purpose of refocusing their leadership.

 Key topics for the day include:

• Third sector context 2010/11
• Planning and leading organisational change
• Motivation and organisational resiliency
• Diversifying funding

 Course content will include practical exercises, opportunities for reflection and facilitated discussion. It is intended that participants will leave the event with a renewed sense of vision and purpose for their leadership in the coming year.
