The theme of this Master class is user participation and involvement (issues, choices and impact). Involving users or clients in the running of an organisation has become required paractice. This Master class explores what has been written about the issues and approaches and will include the potential advantages and challenges associated with the 'personalisation' agenda.

The Masterclasses are an opportunity for leaders in third sector organisations to

learn from academic thinking and research into management and organisation behaviour
debate issues and share ideas with their peers

Cost: £60 members, £80 non members (lunch included) each session

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing, charges are as follow:

More than 2 weeks: full refund
2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund

Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it. In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
