How can chief officers ensure that the governance of their organisation is robust enough to survive the demands put upon it?

This Masterclass explores what research has to say about the challenges to governance, at this time, and how these might be managed. The session will include the power dynamics of boards and professional staff, establishing a credible role for board members and the ‘new governance’, i.e. providing services through complex collaborative arrangements

The Masterclasses are an opportunity for leaders in third sector organisations to

  • learn from academic thinking and research into management and organisation behaviour
  • debate issues and share ideas with their peers

 

Cost: £60 members, £80 non members (lunch included) each session

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing, charges are as follow:

More than 2 weeks: full refund
2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund

Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it.  In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
