For Associate Members / Senior Managers

For individuals who aspire to work in the position of Chief Officer. We will explore key areas of the Chief Officer role as leaders (as opposed to managers) and the skills and qualities which will enhance your ability to work effectively in this position, including:

Leadership
Developing Organisational culture
Working effectively with boards
Effective Communication and influencing skills
Self awareness and "emotionial intelligence"

The day will be a combination of educational and experientail learning. Participants will leave with a plan for developing thier skills and experience in preparation for working at Chief Officer level.

All cancellations must be received in writing, charges are as follow:

More than 2 weeks: full refund
2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund

Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it. In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
