…..to find out more why don’t you come along to the Leadership Exchange Awareness Workshop on 24th January, 2-4, Conference Room 5, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh. The workshop will offer details of a new leadership development initiative between the Scottish Government and ACOSVO.

The leadership exchange process is FREE!!!!

Its primary purpose is to improve leadership capacity across the sectors through collaborating and supporting knowledge sharing and succession planning proactively across sectors. It follows discussion between the SG and the Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations (ACOSVO) where opportunities for short term leadership exchanges (e.g. 5 days) have been identified as good way to provide leadership development.
