Baker Tilly are hosting a series of seminars to discuss the results of their recent Third Sector Leadership Survey, to highlight excellence and to provide practical guidance that will ensure you are fit for purpose to succeed in the current challenging environment.
Strong leadership will be critical to the success and, in some cases, the survival of Third Sector organisations. To identify best practice, Baker Tilly and The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) have come together to undertake an extensive survey on Third Sector Leadership.
The survey solicited feedback on a number of areas, including: performance assessment, board member skills, strategic planning and collaboration/merger activity. In addition, the survey gathered views on good management and governance practices. Over 400 organisations responded to the survey which has provided invaluable insight into where good governance is already applied and where improvements may need to be considered.
A full report on the survey findings is being produced by Baker Tilly and ACEVO and will be published in May.
Each seminar will include speakers from Baker Tilly ACEVO and ACOSVO. Places are limited so please RSVP today by clicking here.
