The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) is the new low cost pension scheme that any employer can use to meet their new workplace pension duties starting from October 2012.  With the scheme aiming to meet the pension needs of low-to-moderate earners and their employers, until recently cost has been the key concern for employers , however a number of employment law and HR concerns are beginning to emerge that many consider to be the true issues which will be involved in the scheme’s implementation. 

 The purpose of our lunch n' learn is to cover off how NEST will operate and the key implications for your own existing arrangements / future reward strategies, together with a look at some of the opportunities which are presented by current market conditions and which can potentially be used to help mitigate some of the future cost issues involved

You will also have the opportunity to hear  what can happen when organisations fail to implement the changes  and about the personal and organisational penalties that can be incurred.
