This day-long workshop takes a case study approach to exploring how to know if partnership working is right for your organisation and good practice for working collaboratively. You will discuss the evidence-based contributors to effective partnerships in light of some of the challenges that are inherent in working together. This workshop will cover different models of collaboration, how to set goals and create accountability, and how to identify pitfalls and potential.
