For Chief Officers and Senior Managers of Small to Medium Sized Organisations
Learn more about how to apply theories of change in practice of planning, implementing and sustaining change efforts. Work through practical problems related to scenario and contingency planning, dealing with uncertainty, overcoming resistance, identifying intended and unintended consequences and motivating and involving people in times of extreme change. This workshop is a full day session that presents an overview of systems, behavioural and organisational change theories and opportunities to apply those theories to solve actual case study problems of change management.

More than 2 weeks: full refund
2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund
Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it. In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
