Designed specifically for Chief Officers who have been in their role for less than 18 months, or undergone significant recent change

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their experience of their new role within their organisation, and their effectiveness.  All participants will receive materials to support their learning.

Using a variety of coaching tools, including a programme designed specifically for use within the third sector, this takes a fresh approach to personal and professional development.

Learning outcomes

* Greater clarity on the strengths participants currently bring to their role

* Specific goals for professional development and an action plan for achieving these goals

* An opportunity to exchange 'top tips' with peers, consider new perspectives and acquire practical tools/skills for use within their organisation
