The Leadership Impact

Impact is at the heart of leadership, if leadership is the activity, impact is the result of leadership both within and outside the organisation. As leaders of Third Sector organisations, how do you know if what you're doing and how you're doing it is having the desired impact?

Our conference this year will give leaders of Third Sector organisations the opportunity to hear more about the leadership impact from a range of speakers. We will also be showcasing the leadership impact our members and others make and will use a cafe conversation format to share their achievements and experiences with other Chief Officers.

The conference format offers time for discussion, debate and sharing good practice. There will be an opportunity for members to consider their own impact as leaders, get ideas for new ways of working and meet fellow Chief Officers to share thoughts and ideas.

The Conference will include our AGM for members and there will be the option to join our 10th Anniversary celebration dinner in the evening.
