Alastair Keatinge, Head of Charities at Lindsays, will lead an interactive seminar dealing with the legal and governance issues that arise where organisations are contemplating or involved in joint working or a merger. These issues include legal governance, legal structure and regulatory requirements. There will also be scope to address issues such as confidentiality, pensions, employee (TUPE) and due diligence. There will be reference to a case study and plenty of opportunities for questions and sharing of experiences.

2 weeks : 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks: no refund
Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular event we may have to cancel it. In these circumstances we will advise you approximately one week prior to the date on which the event was due to take place.
Photographs may be taken during events for ACOSVO's publicity materials. If you do not wish to appear in those publications, please let us know on the booking form.
